The Turks and Caicos Islands Telecommunications Commission gives notice that it is initiating a consultation process on the provision of Telecommunications Competition Guidelines to address anti-competitive behaviour in the Turks and Caicos Islands telecommunications market.
For this consultation, the Commission is releasing this consultation document (Competition Guidelines) and invite all persons interested to provide responses to the questions asked therein.
The Competition Guidelines document is available to the public on the Commission’s website at http://www.telecommission.tc.
The filing deadline for responses is September 14, 2017 at 4:00 PM.The Commission’s final decision on the Competition Guidelines will be provided by October 2017.
